Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Well App Inc. is committed to making its website and web application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) effective June 2025.

Conformance status

The website at wellapp.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to resolve any remaining gaps as part of an ongoing accessibility improvement program.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy on every page.
  • Skip-to-content link on every page for keyboard users.
  • ARIA landmarks for navigation, main content, and footer regions.
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements.
  • Alt text on all informative images. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • When forms are present, they use visible labels and programmatic error announcements.
  • Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and interactive components.
  • Content that remains usable at 200% browser zoom.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content (analytics scripts, cookie consent banners) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our vendors to improve these components and provide alternative access where possible.

Assessment and review

This statement was last reviewed on April 13, 2026. We reassess conformance quarterly and after any major site redesign. Our current verification process includes Lighthouse accessibility audits on every pull request and manual testing for keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility (VoiceOver, NVDA), and zoom to 200%.
